Iceland 2026 Collection

A scenic view of a waterfall cascading over a rocky cliff, surrounded by rugged terrain and fluffy clouds in a blue sky.

My first trip to Iceland was sort of a comprehensive but quick pass through the island (I know, contradictory terms) – our guide was a local, well versed in the culture and history of the country, so our small group was overwhelmed with the scenery, history and culture for ten days. We went through the sites quickly, so it was difficult to focus on photography – I took hundreds of photos but few if any will ever wind up in competition. Still, it was a wonderful trip, an incredible country, and I look forward to my next trip in 2027. I can’t wait to go back.
